Planning & Service Fees
Charging a planning fee frees me to recommend what product (hotel, tour, or experience) is truly best for you, rather than what pays me more commission.
What is included?
Each itinerary I create is backed by extensive research, planning, and reservation work. I comb through private travel forums for vetted insights and work directly with local experts to deliver personalized adventures that go beyond the ordinary.

Even when I’m not actively planning vacations, I’m immersed in travel — reading up on destinations, properties, and experiences. I dedicate time and resources to continuing education to sharpen my industry knowledge. Regular meetings with travel partners ensure I stay up-to-date on their offerings, allowing me to elevate each client’s journey.
Fee Structure
Consultation Fee
A consultation fee of $25 will be charged after discussing the itinerary, but you do not book with me because of the research I have completed.
Planning Fee
A planning fee of $100 will be charged once your intinerary is booked.
Change Fee
A $30 change fee is for changing any part of the travel arrangements that have already been booked, plus the fee assessed by the travel partner. This applies for every occurance.
Cancellation Fee
A $500 trip cancellation fee will be assessed when the travel plans have been made and you cancel your trip, thus paying for my research and time.
